后危机时代我国商业银行价值链转型策略研究

从金融功能观出发对商业银行价值链进行了解析。借鉴全球银行业向全功能金融服务商转型的历史经验,指出后危机时代我国商业银行以规模扩张和同质化为特征的价值链已经难以持续,必须以客户为中心,从间接融资中介向金融服务中介转型。转型措施包括制定差异化的竞争策略、优化内部价值链、建设外部价值链、打造金融服务价值链网络。     

公民诚信、公共信任、信用评价与“道德银行”

诚信与信任具有语词的“家族相似性”和文化同源性。在传统社会,诚信与信任相关,但并不必然导致信任。在现代社会,公民诚信呈现出伦理复杂性,而与之相连的公共信任要么建立在纯粹预期之上,要么建立在利他主义价值观基础上,二者之间存在着巨大的鸿沟。信用既非诚信,也非信任,但又与二者关系密切,信用评价既能反映公民诚信状况,又能为公共信任提供制度保障。“道德银行”以信用评价为公民诚信与公共信任创建了沟通机制和反馈机制,深入挖掘“道德银行”有助于理解三个概念之间的微妙联系与区别。     

银行股权关联、银行业竞争与民营企业融资约束

本文以公司参股银行为视角,在行为金融理论、企业组织理论与信贷融资理论相融合的分析框架下,构建基于异质预期的信贷配置模型,探讨了银行股权关联和银行业竞争影响民营企业融资约束的传导机理。以A股民营企业2006~2013年的数据为例,运用Heckman两阶段回归等方法,我们发现:参股银行和提高银行业竞争性均能显著缓解民营企业的融资约束,参股比例越高该效应越强,且两者在缓解融资约束方面存在替代关系。但进一步的分析显示,银行股权关联对资本配置的影响具有两面性:即银行股权关联所带来的融资优势能够减少因资金短缺导致的投资不足,但代理问题的存在也可能导致银行股权关联被部分异化,使其对于资本配置的正向作用减弱甚至被异化为利益寻租的工具。上述结论既丰富了委托代理理论与公司财务理论的相关研究成果,也有助于我们深入理解银行股权关联的"正面效果"和"负面效果"。     

欧洲学分转换与积累系统:发展历程、运行机制及启示

创立于1989年的欧洲学分转换与积累系统经历了萌芽、确立、推广和完善四个阶段,从仅具有转换单一功能发展到具有转换与积累双重功能,从只为高等教育服务拓展到为终身教育服务,在欧盟教育发展中扮演了重要角色。分析欧洲学分转换与积累系统的运行机制,剖析其关键要素、运行流程、证明文件等,对于中国区域学分银行的建设具有如下启示:加强法律政策保障、着眼组织保障、强化校际合作、开发系统平台和完善核心要素。     

The “Socialization of Elderly Hospitalization” in China: Development,Problems, and Solutions

ABSTRACT

Objectives to analyze the development of the elderly patients with chronic diseases and to make some suggestions for the elderly social hospitalization. Methods By using yearbook data and theoretical analyses, the paper respectively presents the problems and furthermore solutions of China's elderly services. Results The elderly patients with chronic illnesses have formed a new group, and the phenomenon of “socialization of elderly hospitalization” has become a major social risk. Discussions China needs to promote the idea of “long-term care” in elderly social security, establishing long-term care insurance and fostering a private, professional elderly service system.     

我国商业银行流动性风险压力测试

商业银行流动性风险在2007年金融危机之后越来越受国际银行业的重视。我国自2009年3月正式加入巴塞尔银行监管委员会后,积极推进新的风险监管标准。流动性风险压力测试是一种前瞻性的定量分析方法,它能预测极端经济情景下,商业银行的流动性风险承受能力,并做出针对性的经营政策调整,预防流动性风险。虽然众多金融机构在金融危机后开始重视此测试,由于起步太晚,测试中在因子选择,模型构建和数据的完整性上与国际水平有一定差距。通过商业银行流动性风险压力测试的实证分析,提出了相应的政策建议。     

基于下偏度最小化贷款组合优化模型

运用组合偏矩刻画信贷风险原理,以贷款组合下偏度最小化为目标函数,控制商业银行发生重大损失的概率;以组合风险价值VaR为约束条件,控制贷款组合的整体风险,建立基于下偏度最小化贷款组合优化模型。研究表明：下偏度不要求贷款收益服从正态分布,并能够很好地反映收益率分布的“左尾”,降低商业银行贷款组合发生重大损失的概率;同时下偏度可以真实反映贷款的本质,符合投资者的心理,并且可以反映多笔贷款之间的相关联系,解决现有模型的解析能力不足的问题。     

Supporting Residents Moving Into Long-Term Care: Multiple Layers Shape Residents’ Experiences

This interpretive grounded theory study explores 10 residents’ retrospective accounts of the relocation process, including the decision to move into a long-term care home, the pre-move preparations, the moving day circumstances, and the initial adjustment period following the move. Analysis of the data revealed a complex intersection of conditions at multiple layers that shaped residents’ experiences of the transitional process. Recommendations to enhance circumstances at individual, interpersonal, and systemic layers, for each temporal stage of the relocation process are proposed. Implications for social work practice across the continuum of care are also discussed.     

Cycles of Adaptive Strategies Over the Life Course

An increasing number of Australia’s ageing population are aging with long-term physical impairments. This study explored the life experiences of this group using a qualitative approach. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 disabled Victorians, aged between 51 and 84 years, and an inductive thematic analysis undertaken. A relationship was found between the adaptive strategies that participants developed as they moved through life phases and the impairment stages. The implications of the emergence of a cyclical process of adaptation across the life course. and particularly in respect of aging, delivery of aged-care services and social workers in this sector are discussed.     

Living Close to a Person With Cancer: A Review of the International Literature and Implications for Social Work Practice

To help family caregivers (FCs), social workers need to understand the complexity of FC’s experiences and challenges. For this systematic review, several relevant, multidisciplinary electronic databases were searched. Of 1,643 titles identified, 108 articles met the inclusion criteria and are included in this review. Various experiences, symptoms, and burden related to caregiving responsibilities are described and discussed. The understanding evolving from this study about the FC’s own health risk, caregiver burden, and experiences over time can enhance a social worker’s awareness of an FC’s challenging situation and the potential impact this has on the FC’s ability to provide care to the patient.
